A la frontera entre el circ contemporani, el teatre i la música, Mentir lo Mínimo s’inspira en el moviment minimalista per oferir al públic un espectacle íntim i depurat.

Un espectacle que, amb la seva aparent simplicitat, ens apropa a la complexitat de l’acceptació d’un mateix.

Mentir lo mínimo és un espectacle que busca desfer-se de tot allò que no és necessari i parla del viatge d’aquests tres cossos que hi ha a escena: dona, home i bicicleta, i de com es van desfent de les seves pròpies capes per arribar a l’essència, al mínim.

I, què és el mínim? El mínim és el cos propi en el qual habitem i la relació que tens amb ell. T’agrada? És còmode? El canviaries?

On the border between contemporary circus, theatre and music, Mentir lo Mínimo is inspired by the minimalist movement to offer the audience an intimate and refined show.

A show that, with its apparent simplicity, brings us closer to the complexity of self-acceptance.

Mentir lo mínimo is a show that seeks to get rid of everything that is not necessary and talks about the journey of these three bodies on stage: woman, man and bicycle, and how they get rid of their own layers to reach the essence, the minimum.

And, what is the minimum? The minimum is the body we live in and the relationship you have with it. Do you like it? Is it comfortable? Would you change it?
