KIMCHI és el nom amb què es presenta el nou projecte musical de Dani Comas. A les seves composicions i guitarra, s ’hi sumen l’orgue Hammond d’Abel Boquera, el baix elèctric de Juan Pablo Balcazar i la bateria de Pep Mula. El kimchi és un aliment típic de Corea fet a partir de la fermentació de diverses verdures salades i que acompanya el plat principal. El més important del kimchi no és el seu gust, que varia en funció dels ingredients que es fan servir i de les condicions de fermentació, sinó la mateixa elaboració: un procés de col·laboració i cohesió entre persones, famílies i experiències. KIMCHI és una manera de fer música inspirada en els engranatges rítmics, la construcció de formes i els desenvolupaments improvisats. Beu de la tradició i s ’inspira en totes les formes d’ art. A partir d’aquí, entén cada situació com una oportunitat per buscar i trobar nous camins en la música instrumental.

KIMCHI is the name with which Dani Comas' new musical project is presented. In addition to his compositions and guitar, he is joined by Abel Boquera's Hammond organ, Juan Pablo Balcazar's electric bass and Pep Mula's drums. Kimchi is a typical Korean food made from the fermentation of various salty vegetables and which accompanies the main course. The most important thing about kimchi is not its taste, which varies depending on the ingredients used and the fermentation conditions, but the preparation itself: a process of collaboration and cohesion between people, families and experiences. KIMCHI is a way of making music inspired by rhythmic gears, the construction of shapes and improvised developments. He drinks from tradition and is inspired by all forms of art. From here, he understands each situation as an opportunity to seek and find new paths in instrumental music.
